Why choose Veteran Disability Exams, LLC?

Commitment.

Respect.

Integrity.

Yet, above all,

“Service Above Self.”

These are our deeply held beliefs. Dr. Rice’s commitment to every veteran shows in both the care he brings to the exam and the quality of the report he writes. Every veteran matters to Dr. Rice, and he knows what it’s like to fight for the compensation you deserve. That’s because he is a 100% service-connected veteran from his deployment to Iraq in 2003 as a Field Physician.

This service covers one medical condition. We start this process with a complete service and medical record review, then proceed to a physical exam of up to three hours, followed by a well-researched Nexus letter and the completion of your DBQ form. This option carries the most weight with the VA. (Maximum number of pages to review is 2,000)

Service two: Nexus letter - $1,000 dollars.

This covers one medical condition. It includes a comprehensive review of your medical records and a well-researched Nexus letter. (Medical record review of no more than 2,000 pages).

For this price, we will review up to 2,000 pages of your medical records, tell you which conditions can be service-connected, and separate your medical records by medical condition for ease of filing.

Service three: Record Review Only - $600.00

Service 4: DBQ only- $600.

We will review up to 2,000 pages of medical records; interview you on how your medical condition affects your ability to work and function at home; perform a thorough exam, which typically lasts 90 minutes to two hours in length; and complete the DBQ form.

Dr. Rice's experience as a former VA compensation and pension examiner

His 20 years’ worth of experience in family practice.

Our use of the same exam templates as the VA leaves no way for the VA to say that the exam was “incomplete.”

We offer virtual appointments for veterans out of state. (Some medical conditions require an “in-house” exam).
